Aoife Kearney

A fully-fledged ‘foodie’, Aoife is a qualified Nutritionist who has worked in the food industry for over 10 years in a variety of roles, including New Product Development Manager working with various leading international foodservice brands.
Aoife’s role as Food Concept Manager means that she’s heavily involved with the launch of Maxol’s retail projects, her primary focus is to widen Maxol’s customer offer through the development and expansion of Maxol’s in-house brands and the introduction of other leading food franchises to elevate consumer experiences.
